Membership
There are several types of Memberships available through the Hauraki Aero Club. Your membership entiltes you to member privileges at all other Royal New Zealand Aero Club Inc affiliated clubs.
There are various committees which give interested members the opportunity to serve the club in a variety of administrative, organisational, flying and social activities.
Flying (Power) |
$135.00 | includes $25 RNZAC membership |
Flying (Gliding) |
$256.25 | includes $58.50 G/Kiwi $87.75 GNZ membership |
Flying (Tecnam Microlight) |
$110.00 | HAC membership only |
Parachuting |
$110.00 | HAC membership only |
Family |
$40.00 | to be added to the above for family membership |
Associate |
$40.00 | access to membership priviledges but not to hireage of aircraft. |
Life |
Free | a membership to the club, not RNZAZ or GNZ. |
The Hauraki Aero Club faclities include:
- Club room
- Bar
- Coffee and tea available from the club room kitchen.
- Club has snack food, frozen pies, sausie rolls, pizza's,and some other stuff which can be revived in the microwave or oven.
- Plus there is a nice cafe across the road at the garden centre.
The club also runs various activities for members such as:
- Club competition days
- Weekend flying trips
- Club Dinners
